STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD
3 cups of flour, l teaspoon baking soda, l teaspoon salt, l teaspoon cinnamon,
2 cups sugar, 4 eggs,
l-1/2 cups vegetable oil, 2 cups frozen sliced strawberris, thawed, l-l/2 cups
chopped pecans (or other nuts).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, butter 2 (9 inch) loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl,
sift togeather flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. In a seperate bowl,
beat eggs and add the oil, strawberries and pecans.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add liquid mixture, stirring
thoroughly but not overmixing. Pour into pans and bake l hour.
Place pans on wire racks and let cool 10-15 minutes. Remove bread and
let cool on wire racks. Do not slice until thoroughly cooled. Makes
2 strawberry bread loaves, about 16 slices per loaf.

DELICOUS STRAWBERRY SALAD
2 pkg tapioca pudding, 3 cups of water,
boil pudding with water until thick.
Remove from heat and add l pkg strawberry jello,
when cool add l-l/2 cups sliced strawberries
and small container of cool whip/
Stir lightly and cool, keep refrigerated,
eat and enjoy when cool.
